Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AIdeaPulse website at aideapulse.com and all related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by AIdeaPulse ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Description of Service
AIdeaPulse is an AI-powered startup idea discovery platform. The Service aggregates publicly available data from third-party sources, analyzes it using artificial intelligence, and presents structured startup idea briefs to users. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with a free tier and a paid tier.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account through Clerk. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Subscription Plans and Pricing
- • Free Tier: Access to up to 50 idea previews per day, one full idea unlock per day (daily free claim), basic idea information (title, source, confidence score, complexity).
- • Pro Tier ($25/month): Access to up to 1,000 ideas per day, full idea details including problem statements, target audiences, market sizing, competitor analysis, build timelines, and monetization angles, AI-powered tools (Validate My Idea, AI Actions, Idea Generator, Framework Analysis), email digest notifications, saved ideas functionality, data export.
Pricing is subject to change with at least 30 days notice for existing subscribers.
5. Payments and Billing
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods. Contact [email protected] within 14 days if charged in error.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- •Use the Service unlawfully
- •Attempt unauthorized access
- •Use bots or scrapers
- •Circumvent rate limits or security features
- •Reverse engineer the Service
- •Resell or redistribute content
- •Build a competing product
- •Misrepresent your identity
- •Interfere with service performance
We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
7. Intellectual Property
Our Content: The Service design, code, features, and branding are owned by AIdeaPulse.
Idea Briefs: We do not claim exclusive ownership over underlying business concepts. The specific presentation, analysis, scoring, and formatting are our proprietary content. You may use idea briefs for personal or business evaluation. You may not systematically reproduce or redistribute them in bulk.
Your Content: Content you submit remains yours. You grant us a limited license to use it to operate and improve the Service.
8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
All idea briefs, scores, and analyses are produced by AI and provided for informational and exploratory purposes only. We make no warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, viability, or suitability. AI-generated content does not constitute business, financial, investment, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for your own due diligence.
9. Third-Party Services and Data Sources
The Service aggregates data from Reddit, Hacker News, Product Hunt, GitHub, Dev.to, Lobsters, NewsAPI, and Google Trends. We are not affiliated with these platforms. The Service integrates with Clerk, Stripe, Cloudflare, and Resend — your use of those services is subject to their respective terms.
10. Service Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
11. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AIdeaPulse and its owner from claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time. Upon termination, your access ceases, subscriptions will not renew, and we may delete your data per the Privacy Policy. Sections 7, 8, 11, 12, and 14 survive termination.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes shall be resolved in state or federal courts located in Texas.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes to pricing or scope will have at least 30 days advance notice.
16. Severability
If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement.
